Carbery 6000VB Bunded Heating Oil Tank – Vertical

The Carbery 6000VB Oil Storage Tank is a fully-bunded, eco-friendly solution to storing heating oil at either large homes, or at agricultural, commercial or industrial premises. Its upright, cylindrical shape means that it is extremely durable and, as it is fully-bunded, it meets all the necessary safety and legal requirements. The Carbery 6000VB has been made from Medium Density Polyethylene, which has been UV stabilised for additional strength purposes to stop the harsh sunlight affecting the fabric of the tank. Plastic heating oil storage tanks are low maintenance as they are rust-free and will never have to be repainted!

This tank comes with a range of equipment and features as standard, which includes the following:

• 2” BSP fill point with lockable cap
• 5” inspection fill point, which is also lockable to deter heating oil thieves
• 32mm ready-drilled hole to fit the Apollo Oil Tank Gauge
• An oil tank measuring stick to manually check the level of liquid left in the tank
• 2” internal oil tank vent

All the above features are stored within the bunded area and are accessible via a lockable lid for added security. It also comes with a 1” BSP bottom mounted tank outlet, which is a hole in the bottom of the tank for the boiler feed pipe.

There are various packs you can buy as an optional extra when you order your tank through RPM Fuels and Tanks:

The Carbery Valuepack – An entire tank fitting kit, which contains everything needed to convert your 1” BSP tank outlet, such as an isolation valve, oil filter and a 10mm oil boiler feed.

The Carbery Ultrapack – This contains all the above and an Apollo Visual remote tank gauge, so you can check the contents of your tank from the comfort of your own home.

The Carbery Smartpack – This includes all the standard features from the Valuepack, as well as the Apollo Smart Heating Oil Monitor so you know how much oil you are using and how much fuel is left in your tank.
