The Piusi Viscomat Gear Oil Transfer Pump is a high quality, AC Electric pump capable of transferring high viscosity oils and lubricants between 5 – 2000cst (centistokes) in quantity at a constant, uninterrupted flow. Viscomat Gear is an oil transfer pump, available in single-phase and three-phase versions. The available versions are suitable for all those applications requiring an oil transfer pump with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.

The Viscomat Gear is characterised by low noise levels and a continuous, uninterrupted flow thanks to a lack of pulsations usually found in vane pumps. It is also renowned for its high suction capacity, adjustable bypass valve allowing a closed delivery operation option and compact design. With flow rates of between 9 to 14 litres per minute and available in various voltages including 230v and 400 volts this oil pump is ideal for operators looking to transfer high viscosity oil at a constant, uninterrupted flow up to 2000 cSt.
