RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Goods can be returned to RPM Fuels & Tanks for a full or partial refund if goods are no longer required, are faulty or defective in some way or if a customer has simply changed their mind. However, any potential returns must be reported to RPM Fuels and Tanks immediately and a Returns Note Number issued. Contact can be made by calling us on 01473 787787 or emailing email@example.com. Time limits and conditions for returns will apply.
RETURN OF NONE FAULTY GOODS:
If a customer wishes to return goods or items for a refund because of a change of mind then goods, including all packaging and product paperwork, must be returned in a perfect, re-saleable condition. Failure to return goods in the resaleable condition they were originally sent out in will mean we are unable to refund the customer for the goods. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase and all return carriage and postage will be at the customer’s expense. We will not be able to accept bespoke goods are items that have been made to order or to an exceptional customer’s specification.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Defective or faulty goods must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Goods returned that are deemed to be faulty can be replaced or refunded in full along with any postal or carriage costs incurred. RPM Fuels and Tanks can arrange for the uplift and haulage of faulty goods from a customer’s premises if required. This also applies in the highly unlikely event that the wrong goods are dispatched to a customer. However, in both cases, prior contact and approval should be made with RPM Fuels and Tanks. PRODUCT RE-STOCKING CHARGES:
Non-faulty items returned for re-stocking will be subject to a re-stocking charge. This charge can be a percentage of the invoice or a flat re-stocking fee and is at the discretion of our suppliers but typically can be anything between 15% to 50% of the invoice total. We will not be able to accept for re-stocking, bespoke goods are items that have been made to order or to an exceptional customer’s specification.
There will be a 20% cancellation surcharge on orders placed with us. Bespoke items made to order can not be cancelled or refunded after manufacture.
In all cases of returned or replacement goods plus refunds, contact should be made with us within 28 days of purchase by phoning us on 01473 7877787 or emailing us at email@example.com. In the case of returned goods, a Returns Note Number will be issued and should be quoted in all correspondence. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the original payment unless otherwise agreed with RPM Fuels and Tanks. Replacement goods and items for faulty items will only be sent out when full payment for the replacement goods has been received by ourselves. A credit will be issued when a full assessment of the faulty or defective goods has been performed.
